You can receive your products in one of the following ways:
1. Via Courier Services and transport companies

A. Delivery time
For deliveries in Greece
Products are delivered within 1-3 working days from shipment.
The cooperating courier companies will deliver your orders within the usual delivery times of each company, which may vary when there are external events (strikes, weather, pandemics, etc.) or should you live in an inaccessible area. From the delivery of the Products to be sent to the courier company, Paragliding-Crete is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of the Products to the customer.
Β. Shipping charges
You will be automatically informed about the shipping cost of your orders during the Checkout process.
Delivery charges can be altered by the cooperating courier companies or shipping companies according to their pricing policy. Any change may apply only to orders placed after said change.
In case of refusal to receive the Products, they will be returned to our store and you may be charged with any additional shipping costs.
2. You can collect your products from our store
You may come to our physical store (Chania Crete Greece, 20 Nikiforou Foka St., P.C. 73100) to collect your products, after you have been informed that your order is ready, showing us the code number of your order and your name, during working days and hours of the physical store.
Orders which are not received within 5 working days, from the time you are notified to collect your products from our store, will be canceled.
